So much for that!!

Went to the library today to pick up some music that I *must* learn. Unfortunately, this is the one obscure piece the Grand Army Plaza library doesn't have. I'm either going to try to find it at the New York Performing Arts Library tomorrow, or go to the beach.

Today

Hey, so basically I did nothing today.

I was in a concert last night with Opera Singers Initiative and stayed out wayy past my bedtime! So I kinda broke off from my super turbo looking for a job mode. But fear not dear readers, I will continue tomorrow.

After I lounged around for a while, I went to 72nd street for a rehearsal with this opera company [Opus Opera] with whom I'm doing a Summer Concert Series. I went to this coffee shop called Aroma with my friend and got yelled at for asking if they had flavor shots:

Me: So, do you have flavor shots?

Cashier: Wut? I mean like ::looks around to her boss for help:: I don't, like, know what that is.

Me: Hazelnut, Vanilla flavorings, those are some examples of what I mean by flavor shots.

Boss: [with a heavy Italian accent] Dey ownersss believes in de GOOD coffees okay? ::inaudible::...powders, okay? Dere's dey place dat does-a that down the street ::glares at me in disgust::

Turns out, the coffee was not good, okay?
