There's this insane homeless man claiming to be the Incredible Hulk and going straight up to people and asking the rich looking ones for money. I don't look rich or anything but I'd rather be wearing sweatpants, a headscarf and sneakers at a time like this.

when i moved out of new york i thought i'd be rid of panhandlers.
let's see in md. i've encountered men who have come up to me to ask me for money for gas multiple times and one even asked me for money for diapers!
